What is your elevator pitch
We've been offering display solutions for a long time and have recently developed a range of solutions for estate agents and letting agents. We are sole UK suppliers of LEDMAG - the Italian designed and manufactured light frame system that offers a great value and high quality solution. The light frames offer flexibility in layout and are easy to update. Installation is easy and they look great!

How long have you been trading
We've been trading since 1969. We're based in West Bromwich and work in a number of sectors delivering largely plastic-based solutions - from industrial components to retail display. We have a 42,000 square foot production unit and an addition 9,000 sq ft warehouse facility where we maintain an extensive stock of off-the-shelf items, Point of Sale and retail display items.

Who do you currently work with
Our best known clients are retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Tesco and others. We often work with Retail Design Agencies so a lot of our work remains confidential but working directly with brands is something that is a growing part of the business and we have taken on more staff to develop this side recently. We also offer 1000s of off-the-peg display and point of sale products so we actually work with loads of often unsung independent retailers throughout the UK. Another side of our business are components and our best known client is probably Jaguar Land Rover.

You've been championing sustainability lately - why is it so important
There are two reasons. Firstly, if it is important for our clients then it becomes important for us. So for example all the component s we now supply to Land Rover are manufactured from 100% recycled material. As a leading supplier to Marks and Spencer we have been inspired by their Plan A to set some radical targets in our organisation to reduce waste, increase sustainability and lower our carbon footprint. Plastic is often seen as environmentally unfriendly and we are determined to change that perception.

What is your greatest achievement
There have been plenty but seeing the company flourish and develop has to be my proudest achievement. The opportunity to employ people locally - we added eight staff last year and we hope to add the same number this year bringing our total workforce to almost 90- is always very special.
