The 800 lettings and estate agents and industry suppliers who packed the ballroom at London's Park Lane Hilton on Friday witnessed a celebration of the most successful people in the business at the glittering ESTAS 2015 awards ceremony.
The crowd saw a virtuoso display by host Location, Location, Location and Secret Agent star Phil Spencer, keeping order and announcing the host of bronze, silver and gold winners in a range of categories.
Many congratulations from Letting Agent Today and Estate Agent Today to everyone who made the event such a success. So the maximum people that could have voted for this company totals 25. What kind of survey is that lol There are thousands of estate agents in Scotland most sell over 25 a month and had hundreds of happy clients but don't feel the need to enter this charade !!!
Well... they managed to drum up enough support to place them third - which I take it your company/branch wasn't able to match or better...
Those who receive the awards don't think they are a waste of time - and potentially neither do some of the public they are offering their services to.
And no - I'm NOT anything to do with said company, or the ESTAS for that matter.
An agents in Scotland got bronze and they never sell more that 20 properties a YEAR. They have 13 live properties,
