A glittering shortlist has been unveiled ahead of this year's ESTAS awards to be held in April.
This year's will be 12th annual ESTAS ceremony, and it takes place on Friday April 17 when 700 agents, brokers, suppliers, press and VIPs will descend on the glitzy Hilton Park Lane in London to see who receives the most coveted trophies in the residential property sector.
Gold, Silver and Bronze winners from the regions become eligible for the major awards such as Best Letting Agent for Landlords in the UK, Best Letting Agent for Tenants in the UK and Best Estate Agent in the UK, so all eyes are on those shortlists to see who goes forward to contest the top awards.
No fewer than 30 agents feature on the shortlist of Letting Agents Rated By Tenants, while in the Lettings Agents Rated By Landlords there are no fewer than 103 shortlisted entries battling it out.
Within the Best Agency Group there are 11 shortlisted entries.
In the shortlist for Estate Agents there are nine shortlisted for the East Midlands, 10 for the East of England, 10 for London North, two for London South, three - all from one company - for Northern Ireland, eight for the North East of England, and 19 across three categories within the North.
Still in the shortlist for Estate Agents there are six shortlisted for Scotland, no fewer than 36 across a range of sub-divisions of South East England, 15 in two sections for the South West, 16 in Southern England, nine in Wales and 15 in the West Midlands. Last but not least, there are 10 shortlisted for Yorkshire and the Humber.
Two firms battle it out for Best Online Estate Agent and 17 for Best Estate Agency Group.
Ten entrants are shortlisted for the Supplier Of The Year award while nine battle it out on the Regional Independent Mortgage Broker shortlist and three on the National Independent Mortgage Broker shortlist.

It's a bit predictable year on year though - to be a winner - normally means subscription to Zoopla.
