The Waterside Properties Network has announced an expansion into Bristol and says it is now seeking new agent members in south Wales, too.
Woods Estate Agents covering the Bristol area is the latest recruit to the Waterside network, which has most of its member branches along the south coast of England and markets boats, moorings and waterfront businesses as well as selling and letting in the residential sector.
Waterside says it is now seeking member agents to come aboard' from south Wales, especially Cardiff Bay and Penarth Marina.
Another new member of the network is Costa del Sol Living, which covers the Spanish coast from Malaga all the way down to Sotogrande Marina near Gibraltar, and so including Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona and Duquesa.
