Agency review' website allAgents.co.uk says it has seen a 20 per cent rise in agency activity on the site, mostly driven by the arrival of OnTheMarket in late January.

"Estate and letting agents are now recognising just how important independent customer feedback is going to play in overcoming any objections on the 'one portal' policy. Equally non-members will have to demonstrate they have made the right choice in not joining" says the website's PR and marketing manager Michelle Hodge.

In order to truly benchmark how successful Onthemarket.com is, allAgents is adding new filterable' features to their site.

Agents will shortly be able to update their profile to Agents' Mutual status. In addition to this, reviewers will soon be allowed to select what portal they used to find out about the firm.

This is an exciting time for allAgents during this transitional period within the industry and we expect to see a 50 per cent increase in traffic to our website says Hodge.

allAgents will also be publishing comparison graphs to allow consumers and agents to compare the customer experience of onthemarket.com against Rightmove and Zoopla.

Interesting. No doubt they will be one of the first to know if AM agents have satisfied customers

Another anti AM/OTM article from EAT...oh wait. Where are all those people who say EAT only ever publishes negative Agents' Mutual stories
